Creation
MEETCUE WEBSITE
Delivered a launch-ready website that supports early traction, aligns with the future product vision, and empowers the founder to manage content independently.
Year :
2024
Industry :
Dating
Client :
MeetCue
Project Duration :
4 weeks

Problem:
The founder needed a marketing website that clearly communicated the value of their dating app, built early credibility, and supported pre-launch goals such as brand validation.
Challenge:
The mobile app was not live, limiting access to real screens, interactions, or user data.
The website needed to feel product-driven without over-promising features.
Development was constrained to Squarespace, requiring solutions within a fixed template system.
The founder needed a site that was simple to edit and maintain without ongoing design support.
Graphic creation and image sourcing.

Solution:
I designed a pre-launch marketing website that balanced brand storytelling with product clarity, while staying within Squarespace’s structural limits.
Key decisions included:
Creating a modular layout system using Squarespace blocks, allowing easy future edits without breaking design consistency.
Establishing a brand and UI foundation—color, typography, tone, and layout.
Building in pre-launch goals, such as email sign-ups and clear CTAs, rather than app store downloads.
This approach allowed the founder to launch a credible, professional website ahead of the app, validate interest, and seamlessly evolve the site once the mobile product goes live.
Summary:
This project demonstrates how I design effectively under ambiguity, constraints and balancing future product vision with present realities. By prioritizing system thinking, scalability, and founder autonomy, I delivered a pre-launch experience that supported early growth while remaining adaptable to a rapidly evolving product roadmap.
